Sports Physicals at CVCH Specialty Clinic
The Cobre Valley Community Hospital Specialty Clinic is giving sports physicals tomorrow (Tuesday) by appointment. The Specialty Clinic is located in the Medical Plaza in front of the hospital. You will need to bring your school’s sports physical form.
The physical is $29 and payable at the time of the service by either check or cash.
