The Arizona Department of Transportation has extended its construction work on SR 77 between Globe and Winkelman. The highway will continue to be closed 6:am until 6:pm Monday through Friday until the end of July. Starting August 1, SR 77 will be closed 6:am until 4:30pm.
Traffic delays of up to 30 minutes will continue during nightime and weekend hours.
The alternate route is US 60 to Superior and SR 177 from Superior to Winkelman.
