Pilot Parents of Southern Arizona is bringing two free seminars to Globe next Wednesday (September 29) at the Globe Public Library. The first seminar covers transitioning from high school to adulthood and the choices students need to make after high school. That seminar will take place from 11:am until 1:pm.
The second seminar follows at 1:30. It’s called “Being a Resiliant Family” and teaches how to bounce back when you are feeling burned out, stressed and depressed.
