James Haley has announced his candidacy for the Globe Unified School District Governing Board. Haley is a former Globe City Councilmember, coordinator of technology for the Globe School District, and lay teacher at Holy Angels School.
Haley says he will promote a safe, student centered learning environment; support partnerships involving students, parents and educators; and streamline District and school level administration, with accountability for administrators, teachers and students.
