Police Log

Nobody was hurt in a hit and run accident yesterday near J & S Towing. 35 year old Cutberto Lopez of Oklahoma was located and charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

Globe Police arrested 47 year old Sam Hinton, Jr. for shoplifting at the Hill Street Safeway. A records check showed that Hinton also had two outstanding warrants.

There was a two vehicle accident about 4:40 yesterday afternoon on Highway 60 at MP 246.6.
A second accident occurred at the same location about 15 minutes later involving a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle was not injured.

The Gila County Sheriff's Office arrested 20 year old Justin Fountain yesterday for burglary.

19 year old Jacob Conrad was arrested on a wararnt for possession and use of marijuana.

Globe Police are investigating a domestic violence report; a report of harassment taken at a residence on Escudilla; a report of telephone harassment taken at Globe Mobile Home Park; a report of threats taken at a residence on Pasqual; a theft report taken at Copper Country Mobile Home Park.
