The Gila County Board of Supervisors meets tomorrow morning (Tuesday) at 10:00. They’ll consider action to correct the tax rates for the Globe Unified School District. In addition, they will direct the County Treasurer to make corresponding changes to affected tax bills. The Globe School District has agreed to reimburse the County for the expense of calculating, printing and sending revised tax notices.
The Supervisors will also proclaim October to be Disability Awareness Month and Domestic Violence Awareness month in Gila County.
