There were a couple of injury accidents yesterday afternoon in Globe. The first occurred on Highway 60 at Hilltop. One driver was cited for failure to control her vehicle to avoid an accident. One patient was taken to Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center.
A pedestrian was struck by a car at East and Ash Streets. The driver was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Globe Police are investigating a report of credit card fraud at the Country Kitchen.
The Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Dianna Cluster for theft at the Claypool Circle K.
32 year old Teresa Glover was arrested for animal cruelty.
