Tomorrow’s First Friday program is the first of three to be connected with the Smithsonian traveling exhibit, “Key Ingredients: America By Food.” The exhibit’s coordinator Ann-Mary Lutzick will give a visual presentation about 1870’s entrepreneur
Fred Harvey who opened a series of eating houses along the Santa Fe Railway. They evolved into America’s first restaurant chain, the
Harvey Houses.
The program starts at 6:00 at the Miami Library.
