Gila Community College is offering a Procedural Criminal Law class beginning Tuesday, February 1. The class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30pm at the Gila Pueblo campus.
The course examines the court system and procedures from arrest to final disposition with special attention given to the appellate and Supreme Court decisions, due process of law, and Constitutional Law.
Students can enroll in the class by calling 425-8481 or by visiting the Gila Pueblo campus.
