Canyon Fire Department responded to a brush fire Friday afternoon in the creek just off of Alamo Way. The fire was quickly put out.

Gila County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a theft report taken on Russell Road; a property damage report taken at a residence on Lancaster; and an assault that occurred Friday night at the Shamrock Bar.
Globe Police are investigating criminal damage at a residence on Euclid and shoplifting at the Santee Circle K.
