Nobody was hurt in a two vehicle accident yesterday on Broad Street near La Casita.
Shortly after midnight Globe Police responded to a call about a fight at Jack in the Box. There wasn’t a fight but officers arrested 20 year old Kyle Chavez. Chavez had an outstanding warrant from the Gila County Sheriff’s Office for probation violation for reckless display of a deadly weapon. Chavez was also arrested for aggravated assault and fictitious plates in connection with an incident that took place on December 26. And he was charged with aggravated assault in connection with an incident on January 1.
Officers are investigating a theft at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center and a harassment report taken at a residence on Birch Street.
Gila County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary at a residence on Rattlesnake and a burglary at a residence on Spruce. The homeowner on Spruce also reported her son as a runaway.
