Around 6:30 yesterday morning a car hit a pedestrian in the cross walk at Ash and Hackney Avenue. Jesus Hernandez was cited.
A woman tried to break into a residence at Copper Country Mobile Home Park and then attempted to set a fire around the residence. 27 year old Noemi Garcia was arrested for attempted arson.
After responding to a call about possible shoplifting at a business on Hill Street, Globe Police arrested 37 year old Marjorie Curry for driving with a suspended license. Curry was also charged with shoplifting by Miami PD.
Miami Police also arrested 47 year old Robert Heureaux and 38 year old James Martin for shoplifting.
Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 70 year old Daniel Alonzo for luring a minor for sexual exploitation.
Deputies are investigating a criminal damage report taken on Long Street; a harassment report taken in the area of Calle Pequena; a report of threats at Freeport McMoRan, and a burglary on Lori Lane.
Globe Police are investigating criminal damage to mail boxes on Crestwood, Skyline and Hunter.
