Nobody was hurt in a two vehicle accident late yesterday morning at Broad and Cedar Streets. The driver at fault was cited for failure to control a vehicle to avoid an accident.
43 year old David Sutton was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence yesterday morning after a disturbance at a residence on North Main Street.
A Gila County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 18 year old Ryan Courtney and a juvenile at a traffic stop for possession of marijuana.
27 year old Miguel Felix-Aguirre of Payson was arrested on a warrant for domestic violence/assault.
32 year old Wyatt Button of Superior was arrested on warrants for driving with a suspended license and obstructing a court order.
Deputies are investigating a theft report taken on Snedden Street.
