Nobody was hurt in a two vehicle accident Friday around noon at Ash and Hackney Streets. One driver was cited for failure to control a vehicle to avoid an accident.

Saturday night Globe Police arrested 38 year old James Martin and 37 year old Marjorie Curry for organized retail theft in connection with shoplifting from Walmart.
Saturday afternoon officers arrested 32 year old John Prall on 2 failure to appear warrants for burglary and theft.
Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old James Royse for domestic violence/disorderly conduct.
On Friday the Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Scott Powell on a warrant for disorderly conduct.
29 year old Charles Schlink was arrested on 4 bad check warrants.
Globe Police are investigating a sexual assault report; a domestic assault report taken at a business on East Ash; an assault report taken after a fight Friday night at the Drift Inn; and a theft from a residence on Main Street.
Gila County Sheriff’s office is investigating an attempt to sell drugs to a juvenile on Golden Hill; an attempted burglary and trespass report taken at a residence on Montecito; and criminal damage to a vehicle on Inspiration.
