One-Third of Workers Would Like to Change Jobs

A survey by Metlife Insurance says that more than a third of all workers hope to leave their current jobs within the next year.

KTAR in Phoenix reports that the number of people who want to change jobs appears to increase as the unemployment rate dips.

Jobing.com’s Theresa Maher says it’s a misconception that only unemployed people are looking for jobs. She says that less than half of all employees feel loyal to their company and many think it’s time for a change.

Metlife says that as the economy improves, people start thinking about career moves.
