DPS, Sheriff’s deputies, and Canyon and Tri City Fire Departments responded to a fatal motorcycle accident yesterday morning on Highway 77.

No serious injuries were reported in a one vehicle accident late yesterday afternoon on Russell Road.

Nobody was hurt in accidents Friday on North Broad Street and on South Broad Street at Jess Hayes Road.

Globe Fire Department quickly put out a small brush fire yesterday morning at Mesquite and 7th Streets.

Miami Police arrested 21 year old Adam Shores for assault/domestic violence.

64 year old Richard Otero was arrested for DUI.

Yesterday Globe Police located a vehicle that belonged to a runaway juvenile at an address on East Cedar. The resident—19 year old Aubrey Moran --was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The runaway was referred to the juvenile detention center. Another runaway was located at the same residence. She was returned to her mother.

On Saturday officers arrested 45 year old Lawrence Dorame for disorderly conduct after he threw a bottle that hit a car at Connue’s Store.

45 year old Sandra Rittenbach was arrested Saturday for false reporting to law enforcement.

On Friday night a theft suspect at Walmart fled across the highway into the tailings area of the Freeport mine. Globe PD, Sheriff’s deputies, DPS officers and Freeport Security personnel were unable to locate the suspect. The case is under investigation.

Globe Police arrested 29 year old Jeffrey Werner on a failure to appear warrant for dangerous drugs.

Two people were arrested after a disturbance Friday night at the Drift Inn. 26 year old Matthew Villegas and 26 year old Tony Cruz were charged with disorderly conduct.

45 year old Lorenda Kozie was arrested Friday night for DUI.

Globe Police are investigating a hit and run accident at Jack in the Box; a domestic incident at a residence on South High Street; criminal damage at the Globe Education Center; and criminal damage at the Pickle Barrel.

The Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Raymond Guevara yesterday for a child support warrant.

On Saturday deputies arrested 33 year old David Martinez at a residence on Lower Glendale for domestic violence, aggravated assault, endangerment, criminal damage and a child support warrant

Friday night Sheriff’s deputies located a vehicle stolen in the Six Shooter Canyon area. 22 year old Jacob Napolitano was charged with theft of means of transportation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies are investigating a report of criminal damage in the area of Paxton and a theft in the area of Main street.
