Globe City Council meets Monday at 6:00pm. There will be a presentation about the Freeport McMoran donation of an Accelerant Detection K-9 for the Globe Fire Department’s Arson K-9 Program.
The Council will discuss and consider adopting a new name for the Globe Senior Center. They will choose one of the top three names submitted to the Name the Senior Center contest.
The Council will also consider approving the annual renewal of the Library Services Intergovernmental Agreement with the Gila County Library District.
And they will consider signing the annual contract with Pinal Gila Council for Senior Citisens and authorizing the commitment of the $109,000 cash match.
