William Billy Salter of San Carlos passed away Friday at San Carlos Indian Hospital. He was 64. He is survived by his son Wayne and 2 sisters.
The wake for William Salter is Friday at 4:pm at the Vena Palmer residence. The funeral is Saturday at 10:am.
