Police Log

One person was flown to a Phoenix area hospital Saturday evening after a vehicle rollover in the area of New Street and Locomotive.

Nobody was hurt in a two vehicle accident at Broad and Oak Streets.

There were no injuries in an accident Friday evening at the Highweay 60/70 junction. The driver at fault was cited for failure to control a vehicle to avoid an accident.

Another two vehicle non-injury accident occurred Friday night at Broad and Ash streets.

Miami Police arrested 56 year old Maria Beltran yesterday afternoon for disorderly conduct. A 13 year old juvenile was also detained for disorderly conduct and criminal damage.

Yesterday a Gila County Sheriff’s deputy followed up on an assault case at a residence on Hackney Avenue. 20 year old James Tower was cited and released for disorderly conduct and assault.

On Friday the Gila County Constable arrested 24 year old David Smith on warrants for assault/domestic violence, stalking, interfering with judicial proceedings, criminal damage and contempt of court.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a stolen vehicle from Maricopa County found in the area of Marion Canyon.

Saturday afternoon Globe Police arrested 59 year old Franklin Reede for taking donations left outside the Salvation Army.

21 year old Nathan Perry was arrested for aggravated DUI.

Officers are investigating a burglary at a business on West Highway 60; criminal damage to a residence on North Sutherland; shoplifting at a business on East Ash; a report of threats taken at a residence on Cottonwood; and a report of telephone harassment.

Phoenix Police arrested 45 year old Brian Tackett of Miami on a failure to comply warrant for disorderly conduct-fighting, criminal trespass and resisting an arrest.
