Gila County Board of Supervisors has a Special Meeting today (Wednesday) at 10:am. There is a Public Hearing for comments about the final budget for the next fiscal year. The Supervisors will also meet as the Gila County Library District Board of Directors to adopt their final budget.
The agenda also includes contracts with the Arizona Community Action Association for $115,000 to provide utility deposits, repair and replacemenmt work, and bill assistance to eligible citizens in Gila County, and $20,000 for weatherization assistance. A contract with Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens will be considered to provide $6,000 to help qualified residents with minor home repairs.
