Nobody was hurt in an accident about 3:30 yesterday afternoon on US 60. One driver was cited for failure to control a vehicle to avoid an accident.
Yesterday morning a Gila County Sheriff’s deputy took a report of a theft at a residenece on Hackney Hill. 57 year old Russell Powell was contacted and arrested for burglary.
47 year old William Laborine was arrested yesterday on a child support warrant.
Deputies are investigating a burglary report taken at a residence on Braley.
Globe Police arrested 19 year old Jesse Miller at a traffic stop for driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller also had an outstanding warrant from Nye County in Nevada.
Officers are investigating a report of counterfeit currency taken at a business on East Ash; criminal damage at a business on S. Broad Street; criminal damage at a business on Santee; a theft that occurred on East Ash; a report of fraudulent schemes taken at Walmart; and a report of harassing phone calls taken at an address on Picacho Drive.
