Someone backed into a gas main yesterday afternoon at a business on Ash Street. Globe Police contacted Southwest Gas and the area was cleared without incident.
Globe Police arrested 42 year old Rodney Griego for domestic violence/assault, criminal damage and disorderly conduct after a disturbance at a residence on Mesquite.
25 year old Christopher Mercer was arrested for shoplifting at the Hill Street Safeway.
24 year old Sarah Miller was arrested on a contempt of court warrant for disorderly conduct-fighting.
Officers arrested 23 year old Sterling Hunter on a failure to appear warrant for criminal damage and criminal trespass.
37 year old Mario Guerrero was arrested on a failure to comply warrant for driving 21-25 miles per hour over the speed limit.
Gila County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a theft from a storage unit at Freeport McMoRan and a theft at an address on Mapleleaf.
