Community Centennial Band Forming

The Community Centennial Band is being formed to play some concerts during the Arizona Centennial year. The first practice session will be Thursday, September 29 from 7 to 9:pm in the Globe High School Band Room.

This is a volunteer band led by co-directors from Globe and Miami High Schools. Practice sessions will alternate between the Globe and Miami Band Rooms.

To sign up, contact either of the co-directors, Nolan Frost at 793-4620 or Richie Franco at 200-1603. Players must have performance experience.

The Community Centennial Band is open to players of any age from all over the Globe-Miami area. It is sponsored by the City of Globe and the Miami Genesis Group. Concerts will be presented in both communities.
