A driver was taken to the hospital after Miami Police noticed he was traveling very slowly but in an erratic manner. The driver was forced out of his vehicle when he wouldn’t respond to officers’ instructions. The officers then realized he was having a medical problem and called paramedics.

Last night Globe Police contacted 33 year old Carlos Laborin in connection with an investigation involving the theft of a wallet. Laborin was arrested for public consumption and littering. Before officers could take him to the jail, Laborin kicked out the window in the patrol car. Once officers determined his real name they discovered he also had an outstanding warrant.
