Gila County Highway Interdiction Unit arrested two people at a traffic stop yesterday. 21 year old Dixie Williams was charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. 37 year old Stephen Gerardo was arrested on warrannts for fraudulent schemes, theft of a credit card, fraudulent use of a credit card and false reporting to law enforcement.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a man assaulting a group of juveniles with a firearm in the area of Maple Leaf and Railroad Avenue. It turned out to be a pellet gun. No one was injured. Milton Bigley was arrested and booked into the Gila County Jail.
41 year old Pedro Garcia was arrested on a child support warrant.
Deputies are investigating a report of a parked car hit by a vehicle at a residence on Central and illegal dumping in the creek area near Hospital Drive.
Globe Police arrested 46 year old Julio Velasquez on a failure to appear warrant for burglary.
Officers are investigating a report of a fight at Two Lanes, a report of theft of services at a business on US 60, an attempted burglary at a residence on Linda Vista, and a fraud report taken at a residence on Sunset
