The Globe-Miami Chamber of Commerce has named Ed Carpenter 2011 Citizen of the Year.
Recognized for outstanding community service at Friday’s dinner at Dream Manor were (front l-r) Cheryl Brazell, Pearl Nancarrow, Claudia DalMolin, and (back l-r) Darryl Dalley, 2011 COY Ed Carpenter, and William Herrera. The chamber recognized these people for their volunteer work within the community at the citizen of the Year dinner.
