Police Log

Miami Police were called to the area near Maquey Mobile Home Park about two men dumping trash into the nearby canyon. The men were caught and taken to the Miami Police Department.

A child was bitten by a dog on Merrit Street and received minor injuries. 36 year old Kari Moya was cited for the violations.

Nobody was hurt in a two vehicle accident yesterday afternoon on North Broad Street. One driver was cited for making an unsafe lane change.

No injuries were reported in a two vehicle accident last night on Highway 60.

The Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Charles Fee for burglary, trafficking in stolen property and theft.

Two people were arrested during a traffic stop yesterday afternoon on Ice House Canyon Road. 30 year old Syvina Gomez was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. 43 year old Thomas Henson was arrested on a child support warrant.

23 year old Kyle Hamlet was arrested yesterday for driving with a suspended license.

A juvenile was cited in connection with a burglary on Roberts Road.

Deputies are investigating criminal damage to a vehicle on Grandview Drive.

Globe Police are investigating a report of missing license plates taken at a business on North Broad Street.

Tempe Police arrested 38 year old Melissa Cruz of Globe on a failure to appear warrant for use of a dangerous drug and aggravated harassment.
