The Gila County Board of Supervisors will have a Work Session and Special Meeting today (Tuesday) at 10:am.
The Work Session will have a discussion about the Staff Projects Work Plan for 2012 and a recap of 2011 accomplishments. There will also be a discussion of proposed revisions to the Gila County Merit System Rules and Policies Handbook.
The Special Meeting agenda item is a personnel evaluation of the Gila County Manager.
