April 22-28 is National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. The Gila County Attorney’s Office will have a display and information booth at the Gila County Courthouse to raise awareness about domestic violence. The display will have information on resources, safety plans, and services available for victims of abuse.
If you are a crime victim and need assistance or referral for local services related to domestic violence, visit Gila County Victims Services on Broad Street or call 402-8836.
Unfortunately "victims" have no rights unless a prosecutor prosecutes the "crime"! Learn more at www.justiceforscottyj.org
