One person was injured in an accident yesterday evening in the
area of Broad and Ash Streets. The patient was taken to Cobre Valley Regional
Medical Center and one car was towed from the scene.
Globe Police arrested 48 year old Kathy Damon of Whiteriver
yesterday afternoon for shoplifting at Walmart.
18 year old Bridget Quintero was arrested last night for underage
consumption. A 17 year old juvenile was also detained and released to a parent.
Officers are investigating a stolen vehicle report taken at a
business on Highway 60; a burglary at a residence on 6th Street; a burglary
at a business on Broad Street; shoplifting at Fry’s; and shoplifting at a
business on Hill Street.
The Gila County Narcotics Task Force arrested 45 year old Anthony
Curtis on a failure to appear warrant for theft.
Gila County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a report of check
fraud taken at Action Pawn.
