The Gila County DUI Task Force will be conducting a DUI
enforcement checkpoint on Saturday, June 30 between 8:pm and 2:am. The location
will be US Highway 70 at the intersection of High Desert Middle School.
The Gila County DUI Task Force is made up of officers from the Department of Public Safety, the Gila
County Sheriff’s Office, and the Globe, Miami and San Carlos Police
Departments.
In addition to the checkpoint, roving patrols will also be working
throughout the county over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
