The Globe City Council meets Monday at 6:pm.
There will be a recognition and parting remarks from the
outgoing Mayor and Council members.
The Oath of Office will then be given to Mayor Terry Wheeler
and new Council Members James Haley, Mike Humphrey and Eric Mariscal.
