Miami Police received a call about a gas leak on Smith
Street. Southwest Gas was contacted and shut the gas off.
Miami Police are investigating a burglary at a local power
plant. About 50 feet of ground cable was taken from the yard. The cable is
valued at more than $400.
Yesterday afternoon Globe Police arrested 23 year old
Faustino Castillo for domestic violence assault at a reidence on East Vista Circle.
23 year old Danny Spurgeon was arrested for sexual conduct
with a minor in connection with an ongoing investigation from earlier in the
week.
Officers are investigating a report of child abuse taken at
a residence on East Mesquite; a theft at
a residence on Courtney Lane; and a harassment report taken at a residence on
North Fourth Street.
The Gila County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a criminal
damage report taken in the area of Railroad Avenue.
