Police Log


A woman walked into the Miami Police station yesterday with blood flowing down the side of her head. She reported that she had been attacked by a relative. Tri City paramedics were called for medical assistance.  Officers located  49 year old Rubina Romero and charged her with assault.

Globe Police were dispatched to a residence on North Escudilla Drive after a call about a woman yelling for help. The woman was taken to Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center.

Officers and a K-9 unit responded to an attempted arson in the area of South 4th Street. The case is under investigation.

Globe Police arrested 51 year old Timothy McCullough of Mesa yesterday morning at a residence on Escalera Drive. McCullough was charged with aggravated asasult, possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.

25 year old Nikita Thompson was arrested at a residence on North Broad Street for felony criminal damage/domestic violence.

42 year old Kyle Cook was arrested for threats and intimidation at a business on North Broad Street.

Two people were arrested at a residence on South Fourth Street. 49 year old Debra Irvine was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 20 year old Christina Green was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers are investigating a report of elder abuse taken at a residence on East Blazer Drive; a stolen vehicle reported at a business on East Ash; and a report of threats taken at the Gila County Courthouse.

The Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Mark Lopez on a child support warrant.

Deputies are investigating a report of theft of copper from a residence on Jess Hayes Road.
