The Globe Active Adult Center Holiday Meal Campaign began
last week and continues until December 31.
The Apache Gold Casino and Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center
have each donated $1,000. Other sponsorships are in the works.
Each day, Monday through Friday, the Globe Active Adult Center
delivers meals to seniors and the disabled. Included with every meal is a
wellness check and a friendly chat.
To donate, please make your check payable to the City of
Globe Holiday Meal Campaign. Mail it or drop it off at the Globe Active Adult
Center, 579 S. Broad Street. A receipt will be mailed to you upon your request.
