Police Log


Miami Police arrested 22 year old Felina Bell on a warrant for disorderly conduct and assault.

36 year old Shawn Williams was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Shortly before noon yesterday, Globe Police were dispatched to North Broad Street after a call about a man with a gun causing a disturbance. The man also caused damage to a vehicle. He was gone when police arrived. Globe PD is looking for a white Chevy pickup with New Mexico plates beginning with the numbers 669. If you see this vehicle, please call the Globe Police Department.

Globe Police arrested 32 year old Carlos Preston yesterday morning at a residence on Blazer Drive. Preston was charged with domestic violence/assault and preventing the use of a telephone during an emergency.

Two people were arrested after a disturbance at Globe Mobile Home Park. 41 year old Trisha Simmons and 36 year old John Simmons were both arrested for domestic violence/disorderly conduct.

62 year old Beverly Wright was arrested yesterday for shoplifting at the Family Dollar Store.

Two people were arrested for shoplifting in separate incidents Saturday afternoon at Walmart. 27 year old Malinda Harrison and 32 year old Erlinda Ramirez were booked into the Gila County Jail.

Officers are investigating a domestic assault that occurred at Third and Ash; criminal damage to a church on South Broad Street; a theft at a residence on High Street; shoplifting at the Santee Circle K; and criminal damage at the Pinal Mountain Apartments.

A Gila County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested 18 year old Taylor Medlin-Van De Ventor of Phoenix early yesterday morning on a Globe warrant, and for possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 

40 year old Cruzvaldo Medrano was arrested on Roberts Drive for domestic violence/assault.

Saturday night medical personnel responded to Connie’s Store and took a woman to the hospital.  A Gila County Sheriff’s deputy took a domestic violence report. The case is under investigation.

60 year old Christopher Johns was arrested Saturday for domestic violence/disorderly conduct at a residence on Cooley Ranch Road.

Deputies are investigating a report of identity theft taken at a residence on Snedden; a burglary at a residence on Trampps Circle; a fraud report taken at a residence on Euclid Loop; a burglary in Wheatfields; a report of harassing phone calls taken at a residence on Russell Road; and possible animal cruelty reported on Wheatfields Road.
