The Miami Hardscrabble Series presentation on Wednesday,
December 19 is about the Van Dyke copper deposit that sits under the Town of
Miami.
Dr. Tim Marsh will talk about how far-reaching the deposit
is and what brought about the founding of Miami.
The presentation begins at 6:30pm at the Bullion Plaza
Museum and Cultural Center. It’s free and light refreshments will be served
following the program.
