Miami Police charged a Safford man with DUI and criminal
damage after his car struck a light pole. There were no injuries.
The Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people
yesterday at a traffic stop. 18 year old Brandon Twohey, 18 year old Ruben
DeMario and 28 year old Brian Allphin were charged with possession of marijuana
and drug paraphernalia.
Three people were arrested after a report of suspicious
activity at Sunrise Mobile Home Park.
30 year old Chad Smith was arrested on a
Globe warrant for failure to appear for public order crimes, and a Texas
warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
29 year old Erik Gonzales was charged with possession of
dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia, and felony hindering.
27 year old Pearl Gonzales was charged with possession of
drug paraphernalia.
Deputies are investigating an attempted vehicle theft at the
Claypool Safeway.
A School Resource deputy took a report for an assault that
occurred on January 24 at Miami High School.
53 year old Jody Herrera turned herself in to Globe Police
for a child support warrant. She paid bond and was released.
