Nobody was hurt in a hit and run collision yesterday shortly
after noon on East Ash Street. A report was taken and the case is pending investigation.
No injuries were reported in an accident yesterday afternoon
on Highway 60.
Gila County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted an off-road vehicle that was stuck in swift water near Cherry Creek Road. All of
the occupants made it safely to shore and the car was removed from the water.
31 year old Samantha Kovach was arrested on a probation
violation warrant for burglary and
forgery.
Deputies are investigating criminal damage to a fence at a
business on South Street; a burglary at a residence on Cypress; and a report of
illegal dumping in the area of Copper Hills Road.
Globe Police are investigating a theft from a vehicle on
South Fegan Street and a theft at a business on Willow.
