Nobody was hurt in a hit and run accident yesterday morning
in the area of Devereaux and Kline.
20 year old David Nieto was arrested for DUI and failure to
control his vehicle after an accident early yesterday morning in the area of
Penaleno Pass off of Pinal Creek.
Yesterday the Gila County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year
old Ruben Perez on failure to appear warrants for use of dangerous drugs, aggravated assault
with a deadly weapon, unlawful discharge of a firearm, threats and intimidation
and burglary.
24 year old Bobbi Martinez was arrested for harboring a
fugitive, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
39 year old Harold Hopkins was arrested on a warrant for
false reporting to law enforcement.
Globe Police arrested 57 year old Johnson Yazzie at a
traffic stop for allowing an unauthorized minor to drive.
Officers are investigating a burglary at a residence on
South First Street.
