Volunteers are meeting at Old Dominion Mine Park on Saturday (April 27) to help with new trail construction, building a footbridge, putting up
signs and other projects.
The work for the Volunteer Day will take place from 8:am to
1:pm.
If you’d like to help, it’s recommended that you wear a long sleeve shirt and pants, gloves,
closed-toe shoes and a hat. You should also wear sunscreen and bring the
necessary gardening tools to help clear the trails.
Water, other drinks and lunch will be provided by Freeport
McMoRan.
