Nobody was hurt in
a two vehicle hit and run collision last night on North Broad Street.
Another hit and run accident occurred a short time later on
Highway 70 involving a car and a pedestrian. Both accidents are being
investigated by Globe Police.
A Gila County Sheriff’s Deputy followed up on a previous
report in the area of Highway 60 and the Bell Air Motel. 45 year old Glen
Edwards was arrested for theft of means of transportation.
The Sheriff’s Office is investigating criminal damage from
BB guns in the area of English Avenue; a report of a disturbance at a residence
on Wheatfields Road; a domestic incident at a residence in Alhambra; and criminal
damage to a residence on Woodward.
Globe Police are investigating a theft from a vehicle on
Courtney Lane.
The Department of Public Safety in Phoenix arrested 47 year
old Chris Benavidez of Globe on a failure to comply warrant for disorderly
conduct.
