Yesterday afternoon local fire agencies responded to a
chemical spill at Horne Motor Company and an electrical fire at Cobre Valley
Regional Medical Center.
Globe Police arrested 36 year old Gerald Phillips for
domestic violence/disorderly conduct following a disturbance on Linda Vista
Drive.
47 year old Anthony Bullis was arrested for shoplifting at a
business on South Hill Street.
48 year old Daniel Bond was arrested yesterday on a contempt
of court warrant for assault and a failure to pay warrant for shoplifting.
39 year old Marvina Mull was also arrested yesterday on a
failure to appear warrant for shoplifting.
Gila County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about a
man waving a gun on Upper Glendale. 39
year old Manuel Varela of Mesa was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for
possession of a stolen firearm and a child support warrant.
Deputies are investigating a theft reported at Freeport
McMoRan and illegal dumping in the area of Russell Road.
