The 30th Annual Apache Jii event will take place
in downtown Globe on Saturday, October 19. It starts at 9:am and continues
until 4:30pm.
The old courthouse will be the central location for the day’s
festivities.
You’ll see the talented Hoop Dancers and the Apache Crown Dancers, and hear music from
flute players and other musicians. There will also be plenty of arts and crafts.
The food varies from Apache fry bread and Indian tacos to
acorn stew.
There is no admission charge.
