The Gila County Board of Supervisors meets today Tuesday) at 10:am.
The agenda includes approval of a Memorandum of
Understanding among various government and tribal agencies, representing
constituency interests to make reintroduction of the Mexican gray wolf
compatible with human activities such as livestock grazing and hunting.
The Supervisors will also consider appointing a Citizen’s
Committee to explore all options regarding the extension of a transportation
excise tax for another 20 years.
