Yesterday afternoon Animal Control responded to a request for a welfare check on a dog on East Kline Street. The Animal Control officer called for assistance after being threatened by the dog's owner. When officers arrived Eddie Armijo became combative and assaulted an officer. An officer and Armijo were both treated by EMS. Armijo was then taken to Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center. Charges are pending.
54 year old Patsy Hays was arrested late last night for DUI.
30 year old Patricia Woodard was arrested last night on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.
The Gila County Task Force arrested 29 year old Amber Carroll on a theft warrant.
