On Saturday, Globe Police arrested 20 year old Terisa Lupe for
hindering an investigation and conspiracy to hinder an investigation.
21 year old Steven Morales was arrested for DUI. His passenger,
19 year old Samuel Morales, was charged with underage consumption.
30 year old Michael Agard was arrested at a business on
North Broad Street for loitering and public consumption.
