The Gila County Board of Supervisors meets tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 10:am. The agenda includes approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Arizona Department of Economic Security for stimulus funding to provide youth, summer youth employment, adult and dislocated work services throughout Gila and Pinal Counties.
The Supervisors will consider a consulting services contract for the Tonto Creek Bridge project.
They will adopt Proclamations declaring May 3-9 National County Government Week and May 7 as the National Day of Prayer in Gila County. And the Supervisors will adopt a Proclamation celebrating the 105th birthday of Globe resident Sara Cook. Sara served many years as a County Clerk and Court Reporter, and as the Globe Librarian.
