Ballet Folklorico performs at Noon. The Grand Opening of the Latinos Art Exhibit at the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts takes place from 2 until 3.
Other special performances continue throughout the afternoon with a Jalapenos Eating Contest at 4:15. The Royalty Crowning starts at 5:30 and the Grand March is at 6:00. Music and entertainment continues until 10:pm.
