Globe Police arrested 28 year old Joseph Vance yesterday for child abuse, giving a minor a tatoo, using a needle that was not sterile and operating a tatoo business out of a residence.
Officers were dispatched to Fry’s parking lot after a call about an intoxicated man who had shoplifted at Fry’s and was walking around the parking lot cursing. 44 year old William Salter was contacted at the Sonic drive in and arrested for shoplifting and disorderly conduct.
31 year old Daniel Reyes was arrested for domestic violence/assault and criminal trespass.
